This place is delicious and very reasonably priced. They were able to accommodate my diet and suggested a great option of Fattoush salad with extra shawarma chicken. It was a healthy, flavorful and delicious combo! The portion is big too (I could barely finish). And best of all? It was quick and only AED34! A steal!

Living in Dubai, manakish has become one of our regular go-to foods, and Zaatar w Zeit is definitely among the spots we keep returning to. The zaatar manakish here stands out—it’s tangy, refreshing, and has a flavor that feels lighter and brighter compared to other places. We usually pair it with cheese so that everyone’s taste is covered—my husband swears by the zaatar, I’m all about the cheese, and my daughter loves the combination of both. This time, we also tried the cheese balls, and they were a delight—crispy on the outside, soft inside, with a cheese pull that was pure chef’s kiss. Overall, Zaatar w Zeit is a reliable choice—whether for a quick break or even a proper meal, it always leaves us satisfied.
⭐ Good experience overall. We tried two items from the menu: the pizza and the burger. The pizza was excellent—the dough was light and perfectly baked, not too thick, with fresh toppings. The burger, however, was underwhelming. It felt smaller than expected compared to the menu photo and could use a more generous portion. The waiting time was fair for peak hours; we received our order in about 15 minutes. Service was decent, but there’s room for improvement in consistency.
Ian was a really good server. His smile and kindness toward every customer truly brighten the day. Even when it’s very busy, he still manages to provide excellent customer service. The same with Mark and Abigail they are all excellent. Kudos to Zaatar W Zeit for hiring such professional employees!
I had breakfast there twice, and both times were excellent. The food is fresh and delicious, the prices are very reasonable, and the service is exceptionally friendly and polite. Highly recommend it!
It’s always a great healthy option but delicious and I love their services especially Ian and Mark made my Day.
